In this seminar, Dee Ganley will demonstrate how to positively recondition the reactive dog's emotional reaction to people, other dogs and his environment. Dee will help you understand what stimulates your dog's reactive behavior, whether your dog is shy and nervous or actively aggressive. You will learn: how to reduce the effect of the reactive stimulation, how to recondition your dog's emotional response, and how teach your dog more appropriate behaviors that you can reward. As well as lecture, live demos, power point and video, all registrants with receive a 80-page manual specifically describing how to recondition a reactive dog.

99th Annual Connecticut Sheep Wool & Fiber Festival

9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Tolland Agricultural Center
Route 30, Vernon/Rockville, CT

Exhibits, demonstrations and vendors from the sheep, wool and fiber arena and includes producers from throughout New England. Vendors will be selling fiber & yarn, crafts, livestock supplies, spinning and weaving supplies and a variety of other items.

NEBCR will have an information booth and be selling NEBCR store items.

Sugar Bush Farm is is a working dairy farm, located in the Hudson Valley of NY state, between the beautiful Berkshire mountains and the NY Capital Region. Acres of rolling green tree-lined fields are surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas. The farm has a large swimming pond with dock and miles of trails for hiking. Dog friendly accomodations are available nearby.
