Good With Other Dogs

Dogs noted with this icon may be placed with other dogs.

Not all rescued Border Collies are good with other dogs. All our dogs are tested with other dogs to determine whether they can live with other dogs peacefully. There are some dogs that, for one reason or another, need to be only dogs.

Please read the dog's individual bio to determine if there is a specific type of dog that is best suited to this dog (i.e., females, older dogs, mellow dogs, etc.)

If you have other dogs in your home (regardless of their temperament, age or disposition) please DO NOT inquire about those dogs we have determined must be only dogs. In addition, if you are planning to acquire more dogs in the future, please do not inquire about these dogs. We want all our dogs to go to "forever homes" and not need to be returned in the future, particularly for situations that were already known while they were in rescue.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for more information. If your question pertains to a particular dog, please address your question to that dog's rescue contact.
