Duncan ~ ADOPTED

Yes

Hi! My name is Duncan. I am about 3 years old and full of life! I love toys, especially balls! If my human isnāt throwing one for me, I will take it over to a hill in the yard and watch it roll down into a big pile of leaves where I hunt for it, toss it in the air and hunt for it again!

I am good with people, and other dogs. I have a confident nature and get used to a new surrounding quickly though I am a little unsure at first. I have no problem asserting myself with other dogs and will get a little pushy to get what I want. But I am easily redirected. The more I learn the better I am getting.

I just learned sit and down and am working hard to understand come. I am learning how to walk on a leash but it is definitely a work in progress. I do get a little nervous with hands reaching or grabbing at my collar. My foster mom says I should have some type of containment so I don't run off, but not an electric / invisible fence.

I love to run and chase my foster brother, heading him off at every opportunity. I haven’t seen sheep but might enjoy it. I haven’t seen agility equipment either but might make a good weekend warrior for someone.

Duncan is being fostered in Connecticut
