Robbie

Robbie is an 4.5 mos. Border Collie puppy.

She is just as you would imagine! She is smart, she is busy, she likes to chew.

She spends her days wrestling and romping with the other dogs in her foster home. She also really enjoys exploring outside. After a few hours of hard play she likes to curl up and snuggle. At bedtime she sleeps in a crate and is very quiet throughout the night.

Robbie hasn’t met a person that she didn’t like! She loves to be pet and to give kisses.

She can resource guard her food and high level chews a bit so I would recommend a home without young children. This is being managed in her foster home but will need continued work.

Robbie loves other dogs and is a pretty hard player. She likes a good wrestle. This should always be supervised as those puppy needle teeth are SHARP and sometimes startle the older dogs. She takes dog- dog correction very well and is learning what is appropriate.

Robbie is still young and still learning about the world around her. Once comfortable, she is confident, but does get a bit nervous with new places and sounds for the first few minutes. Her adjustment time has improved in the short time we have had her.

She loves toys! She loves to chase and tug and chew! She could be a performance dog with the right training.
